Backup

Backup devices are a form of computer data storage that is geared towards taking a copy of the data from the PC’s main hard drive onto a separate device. This way, if the main hard drive fails, becomes corrupted or data is deleted , there is a copy on the backup device. The range of backup devices is vast and are available to suit a stand alone home PC right through to devices that backup servers. Updated 22/07/11
